What is Helix Healing?
Helix Healing® is a unique healing modality co-created with the Helix Collective. Working with healing energy, colour, individually channelled symbols and intuitive guidance, it offers a gentle yet deeply personal approach to healing, balance and spiritual growth.
Over many years of working with this energy, I have consistently perceived beautiful vortexes of colour flowing around those receiving healing. These colours and patterns are an integral part of how I experience the healing process and became the inspiration for the name Helix.
Each Helix Healing® session unfolds intuitively. Rather than working with a fixed set of symbols or techniques, the symbols and guidance are channelled specifically for the individual, making every healing experience unique.
Whether you are seeking healing, navigating change or exploring your spiritual path, Helix Healing® offers a calm and supportive space in which healing can unfold naturally.
What Happens During a Helix Healing® Session?
Every Helix Healing® session is unique because it is guided by your individual needs and what is most appropriate for you at that time.
We'll begin by taking time to talk about how you're feeling, any areas you'd like support with and any intentions you may have for your session. You'll then be invited to relax while I work intuitively with the Helix Collective.
During the session, I work with healing energy, colour and individually channelled symbols. I may also receive intuitive guidance that can help bring greater understanding, clarity or encouragement. Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, while others notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, colours or a profound sense of peace. Every person's experience is different.
At the end of the session, we take time to discuss anything that arose during the healing and answer any questions you may have, allowing you to leave feeling grounded and supported.
